All items are guaranteed authentic. Email is checked many times every day so you can be assured that I will respond within 24 hours.

Shipping

Standard Domestic Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. However, if you prefer another carrier please indicate your preferences and understand that the costs will vary and at your expense.

All items will be shipped with insurance and to a confirmed address only.

Make sure that you address is listed correctly. We will ship to the address indicated by you on the invoice.

Want it overnight? Just send me your zip code and I will send you the current rates.

Please expect up to 5 business days for shipment of your purchase. If you send a verifiable check, expect shipping to be up to 10 days for the check to clear. USPS Money order payments are usually shipped upon receipt.

With other money orders, I cannot ship until payment has cleared, about three days. Then I ship Priority Mail. Keep in mind that mailing your verifiable check or money order is fine just let me know.

Items will be shipped seven days a week except holidays, special circumstances, etc,.

Legend of Item Conditions
The Condition of the item.

(Mint Condition) ---MINT -- Just like brand new for its age. Virtually unused and shows no problems.

(Pristine Condition) ---PRISTINE May have only the faintest signs of proper use and extremely well cared for. Piping and trim is unmarked and may have patina, which all good quality leather will achieve over time. Suede is smooth and like velvet.

(Excellent Condition) ---Normal wear expected for age. May have faint ink marks inside. May have a minor scuff, mark, or two. No major problems and are not easily visible.

(Gently Pre-owned) ---Normal wear expected for age. May have slight darkening on the piping or on the bottom and strap. May have a stain, minor usage soiling inside or a mark. Shows very minimal wear.

(Pre-owned) ---A loved everyday purse that was not abused at all. Just used everyday. May show more noticeable wear. May need a stitch or slight repair.

(Good, Bad, and the Ugly) ---Will ride on into the sunset as I will not offer for sale a bag that is not fit to carry.

Remember and please understand that these are opinions, my opinions and may differ from your opinion but you can be assured that it will be as accurate as possible.

My Return Policy

Only pre-arranged returns will be accepted.

I truly want you to be pleased with your purchase. So I've gone to great lengths to select, and take great pride in offering, items that are in the condition as described.

However, if it is agreed that you can return an item (determined on a case by case basis only) ~ a refund (by original payment method minus shipping fees to cover my shipping, packaging, and cleaning costs) will be provided within 7 days of receipt of the item.

Remember, I only accept returns for grossly misrepresenting an item as in not authentic with proof and a phone number from store/boutique manager or owner. No problems with this as I only sell authentic items.

I will not accept a return simply because you do not like the item, changed your mind, an as-is item, or the wrong color.

In addition, I will not accept a return if a less than positive rating is left without contacting me first to try to resolve it. Please do not ask; I do not refund shipping.

IF ITEM IS QUALIFIED FOR A REFUND:

1. Notify me within 24 hours of the date of delivery. (If you will be traveling at the time your order is to be delivered, please notify me so I can delay shipment.)

2. Carefully re-wrap the item in the same packing materials in which the item was received.

3. Ship the item within 48 hours via the same delivery method in which it was shipped to you ~ including insurance and a delivery confirmation.

4. Return the item in the same condition it was received.

Ask questions before you buy please. All items are sold AS IS.

(a) If you are expecting a brand new item that is pre-owned, kindly DO NOT BUY my items.

(b) I do not accept returns because you do not like the item.

Buyers remorse (changing your mind) is no excuse.

(c) I will gladly answer any questions and send more pictures if desired.

(d) Please ask questions and make sure of everything before you purchase an item.

(e) Communication between us is essential. Many issues can be resolved by communications.

I will describe to the best of my ability and honestly so please, expect some signs of use however minimal.

Make sure of the dimensions given will fit what you are looking for.

Item must be returned within 7 days in same condition with all items included.
(c) If a refund is given, it will be minus shipping with no exceptions. Please don't ask. I do not refund shipping.
